SLOP Factory is a work of satire and parody. All product names, company names, business practices, and scenarios depicted in the Game are fictional and intended for comedic effect. Any resemblance to real entities is purely coincidental.

The Game satirizes AI hype, startup culture, predatory monetization, and tech industry ethics. It is not an instruction manual or endorsement of such practices.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation tools
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal or harmful purposes

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (SlopCoins™ and power-ups). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store.

Virtual currency (SlopCoins™) has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of the Game at all times
• Compatibility with future devices or OS versions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

While playing the Game, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players (if multiplayer features are added)
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Game or its servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the Game.

All content in the Game (graphics, text, code, music, etc.) is owned by SLOP Factory or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLOP Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data, profits, or enjoyment.

The Game is rated 12+ on the App Store. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
